Jharkhandi mandir is very old mandir of lord Shiva but since 2000 renovation of the temple was started and many other statues of Lords situated there included Maa durga, Maa kaali, Bhgwaan Ram sita, Lord krishna and Bhgwaan Shani deva and others the temple area is very big so many functions are happening there like bhandara and pooja from individual peoples. Some Marriage functions are also happening like Var raksha and all. Environment of this temple is very nice and greenery is all over in peace and silent.

This is a Shiv temple. Located near kunraghat. People believe that the Shivling was found many years ago.
People visit here to worship from very far places. On Mahashivratri there so crowd to worship Lord Shiva and a big fare is organized for.

Vishunpurwa sector is located left side from jharkhandi gate. New gorakhpur AIIMS just on right side of jharkhandi gate...from the gate jharkhandi mandir is approximately 1km away. The gate is located on left side of road which enter from deoria. Right now road construction work is going on near the gate.
