Its Shameful to understand how the system work in IOB, My mother when to this bank and request to reopen her account which was told by staff that next day she will be able to withdrawn money and its been more than 6 months no action has been taken, I have drop an email to them to get assist but its been more then 12 days and there is no response from them.
In this era system has been improvise to a level whereby customers can get support easily but unfortunately in this bank its totally opposite.
I would really wish they could improvise in their skills work and support customers needs.

Less parking space
There system is not always on run
There are all time out of service...!
I have bank account there.
Once they tried to cheat me .
But now the manager is changed.
You can use this bank but be careful .
The don't have ATM .
