Is there option of star less than 1 ?
Review is lengthy but must read if you dont want to waste your money and dont want to get troubled.
The poorest service and the worst experience ever i had.Owner is so rude and the staff is also very misbehaving as well.Firstly the let us checkin when our team has booked the room in his name,but when at mid night we came back from our event,they denied us by saying that the room is not in your name.even our luggage was also in the room.I could not understand their logic.They were misbehaving with our parents also. And at that time,mid night,we have been checked out forcefully with our parents.and then we were forced to wander here n there to search a place to stay with lots of luggage of event and no cab or convince were available in this time of night curfew.We had payed full amount and they did such misbehaviour which cause us so much trouble.
NEVER visit again.

Worst hospitality I have ever experienced. This place is Just a mess.there was an event at Gorakhpur. So event organiser booked the room for us. We reached there at afternoon and stayed and left for the event in the same day evening and came back late at night. The receptionist or whoever that person was the incharge at that time behaved very rudely and didn't let us enter the hotel. He was showing very rough attitude and said i will not let u guys enter find another place to stay. Even after talking to organiser on call he was not let us enter. So we requested to open the room and let us take our stuff and all. We took the stuff and forced to rome at midnight and find another hotel to stay. If they have any policy or something at least they should help us so that we can stay at night. It was unknown place for us. He didn't even helped us in any way.
If there were any option to review them in minus i will definitely give
I will never recommend to anyone.

Firstly, i'd just like to state that this is a long review and if you'd take the time to read it maybe you'd consider avoiding this place at all costs!
When we first arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the staff????

To anyone thinking of booking here, I would really advise you to think twice unless you plan on spending all your time and money here, the manager has no concept of customer service and only cares about money! I never give places a bad review but the lack of customer service and professionalism from this place was shocking!????????
