I had the most terrible experience at this hospital. The staff had the worst behavior I have ever encountered in a medical facility. They were completely unprofessional and showed no care or concern for the patients.
Not only that, but they are selling test packages for patients suffering from neurological disorders that are completely unnecessary. The package includes CT scan, MRI, ECG, EEG, and even a chest X-ray. When we told them that we only needed CT/MRI and EEG tests, they refused and insisted that we do all the tests, whether we needed them or not.
It is clear that the hospital is only interested in making money and has no regard for the well-being of its patients. The staff's behavior was so appalling that I felt like they were mocking the patient and the family. The hospital's only aim is to loot the patients and their families.
To make matters worse, they only accept cash and don't have any card payment facilities available. When we said that we would come back the next day with cash, the staff rudely responded, "Should we create a machine for you?" It was incredibly disrespectful and showed a complete lack of empathy towards the patients and their families.
Overall, this hospital is the worst diagnosis center I have ever visited. The staff is unprofessional and only interested in making money, and the facilities are outdated and subpar. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone and strongly advise against visiting it.

Dr. Is egoistic and rude, selling packages mri/ctScan, ecg etc, to make money. If you take your report of ct scan from outside they will not consider. Staff behaviours is not good. This is not clinic or hospital, It is their money making business without considering patients financial condition. I’m sure most of you will have faced the same if you visited.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this so-called "diagnosis centre" and I must say that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The behaviour of the staff was absolutely appalling. They were rude, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful.
But that was just the beginning. The real problem with this place is their complete disregard for the well-being of their patients. They are clearly only interested in making money, and will do whatever it takes to extract as much cash as possible from their unsuspecting victims.
One of the most egregious examples of this was their insistence on selling test packages that included completely unnecessary tests. For example, my relative was suffering from a neurological disorder and only required CT/MRI and EEG tests. However, the staff insisted that we had to do all tests in the package, including a chest X-ray which has nothing to do with a brain problem. It was clear that they were just trying to extract as much money as possible from us.
To make matters worse, when we tried to pay with our card, the staff refused to accept it, claiming that their "reputed surgeon's hospital" didn't have a swipe machine. Instead, they insisted that we pay in cash, and when we explained that we didn't have enough on us, they were extremely rude and dismissive.
The whole experience was a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a diagnosis centre to avoid this place at all costs. The staff is incompetent, greedy, and completely uninterested in the well-being of their patients. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
