Initial experience was worth, we might have really good savings. However, with Feb 2023, the amount and the savings mentioned or I can say displayed for a particular item is never the same when we have an actual bill received. It's recently become another same local shop with no great savings, or I would say local shops are more beneficial as compare with this specific reliance smart. My last two experiences while buying household items and vegetables were not at all good.

Staff although is excellent but of no use if savings are not good.

Today evening visit reliance trend store with my wife rudely behaviour and aggressive talk with me for second time for same store manger do not attended properly store manger only showing attitude do not behaviour properly . please take look this matter another wise good brand name loose their good valueable customer . Take look matter senior level management and take proper training with staff also and also increase female security staff in female trail room .

Male customers freely enter women and kids trial room. No restriction or action nor apology by management.No arrangement of female staff at women trial room
