I absolutely love this gym! As someone who is new to working out, I was a bit intimidated by the idea of going to a gym. However, the staff at this gym were incredibly helpful and supportive, providing me with guidance on how to use the equipment and offering personalized workout plans. I feel much more confident and motivated now, and am seeing great progress in my fitness journey The range of equipment and facilities is impressive, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.I have been a member of this gym for just one month now but can se visible difference ,trainers are fantastic, pushing me to work harder and providing me with constructive feedback on my form and technique. if you're looking for a gym that truly cares about its members, look no further than this one. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome .

I liked a lot of things about this gym.

It's well equipped, so you have all the Machines / Free Weights / Barbells / Plates, etc for any exercise variation you want to incorporate in your workout.

It has a big space, so you won't feel like you're in a cramped or congested area like a few of the gyms I've been to.

The Fitness Coach is very knowledgeable and helpful. When I asked him to modify my existing training plan, he took into account factors like the time I can devote, exercises I am comfortable with, goals etc.

And lastly, it won't burn a hole in your pocket to get a subscription here.

The gym is perfect if you’re aiming to lose some inches in a short span of time . The trainer (especially Vikas sir) provides you with you a very good combination of cardio and weight training . He keeps a watch at your postures and reps so that we are not doing any exercise wrong .

Don’t give a second thought about the gym and go do give it a try :)
