I think it's the only gym in Vaishali run by a woman for women. Our trainer is highly skilled and guides us well. I like that she guides the whole workout everyday. We don't have to think about which exercise to do next.
The gym is relocated and is bigger now. It has a nice feel. All females who come are friendly. It's like a small community of women working on themselves.

It's a great experience to workout with Prabha Ma'am. She really helps each person according to their goals and fitness. She always motivates to be a better version of yourself.

I would say this is best gym ever i have joined and Prabha mam is best coach who pushed me every day to give ???? %. She is amazing and very friendly. when you think about yourself first thing comes in mind is health which brings more power to think possible ways.
this workstation made me made active and healthy. so I would recommend all the girl who is working at home or office should join women paradise.
for coach I wll give 10/10
