I must say the hospitality of the staff and manager is at top notch. I arranged a social family function for 30 guests and the arrangement was very good and the function went very well. The food is amazing and the staff are very politle and helpful.
I would like to thank you their manager Sneha and staff Anshu for their efforts.

I would have rated this a big zero only because of the manager that didn't knew how to manage.
They have one of the worst hospitality even I would say that they are not professional. Their manager Swati(I guess), she talks like big fish of hospitality however work as thieves. We booked their place for couple of days 14 rooms(1st floor) however even after follow up the place was not ready for Guests even after the discussed timing. They did not return our full money as well even after all this. Suggest you guys to not go for this place otherwise you may spoil your function.

This hotel is very good : The food here is very tasty : I really liked coming here with family
