They're charging 40 Rs for delivering cylinders to home which is purely illegal. Also, if the cylinder is leaking the delivery person refuses to change it with an non-leaking cylinder. In my recent experience the delivery person shouted on me saying that this is how it is in Fatehpur, it's on me to take the leaking cylinder or make my own arrangements. How pathetic!
