PATHETIC !!!
Bad customer Executives. They dont know how to deal with the customers.
My experience here is quite bad. I went there for repairing of the speaker of my phone. They fixed it with no warrantee and did not inform me about this earlier, and no bill or receipt was provided. If they have handed over their service to you, then after that they will not take any responsibility for any mishappenings. Also, after all this, when i asked the customer associate about the price of iphone adapter while leaving, they laughed at me. As if a person holding an android cant have an iphone. I mean seriously, such executives are there, who just dont know how to deal with the customer. After that when i again went there (after few days) for getting tempered glass on iphone, they refused by beating around the bush just because i was carrying tempered glass with me, so they did not apply it on my phone.
POOR SERVICES. i would say, "OONCHI DUKAN , PHEEKA PAKWAN".
They really need to work on customer dealings.
