Very poor service. They do not value the time of the customer after they have bought the product. It's a real shame as the staff thinks the customer living in this town is free and can waste their time. I would complain against Mr Shamim Khan, so that in future Tata a reputed company trains their staff to behave.

It was very worst experience, i never expected from titan eye plus. Optometrist don’t want to sanitize equipments, I asked her to sanitize machine but she refused and very forward if you want free eye test, we will do like same, she was not wearing mask even, I asked her to wear mask, she refused, there was no manager, they refused to give me any visiting card of manager or franchisee owner. Very very worst experience, i came back without eye test. I visited many times in Cannought place delhi store, very nice staff, i will never suggest to go titan eye plus franchisee store. Playing with the life of people in this tough Covid-19 situation.
