Very bad experience of service. No amenities provided in the waiting area for customers. No water in this hot and humid season. Not a single magazine nor a newspaper. TV is installed but idle. No one answers your questions.
For the service part- only washing is done, mobil oil changed and that's all. Very careless insincere people.

Sales as well as service center area there was no drinking water was there.Staff r dis much confused that they don't know how to manage the customer n service too.

Very shamless service in faizabad by hero motorcop, in other district like Allahabad i feel so peaceful service but in faizabad Hero Agency must improve their service system to satisfy the customers of Hero motorcop
