The gym equipment is all brand new, however the location is an issue. The trainer, on the other hand, is the key issue. He is not a professional in any way. He was like, "he will help with everything about the workout," when we first started, but after the fee was paid, his behaviour changed. If I don't know how to do an activity, it's his responsibility to teach me, but he always answers in a harsh manner and forces you to do personal training
