They guys run business by price hotel but also operate bus travels service its completely wrost.
Not work on commitment give time to customer bus coming between 6 to 7 bus bus come on location (Suriya hotel) after at 9:30 pm.
If passengers said ( bus ayengi yaa nahi then agent said paisa wapas le lena Agar bus nahi aati hai tho after 9 pm)
Nobody take responsibility of passengers whos waiting in branch office for last 4 hours if bus not come so whats company action take for passengers support they guys run enter business with same model,

I never use room but i use bus service since 6 year and it's give best and his receptionist is very polite and respectful person with each other but they should have option for booking Bus tickets by online

Not good. Dirty and smelling blanket, teared bath towel, no room service, too much noise at the time of morning due to roadways buses. Good sleep not possible. Room charges very high. Not recommended .
