The facility is good, almost all the things are available here, maybe you cannot get some products here, there is a need to increase the things, for which they should also hire the floor above them.

There are varieties of items at reasonable prices, as expected. The footfall and supply is good, but there are some operational issues. There are 3 counters, but if 20 customers are standing in the queue, billing staff is also available and standing at the bill desk but not opening a new queue. They are displaying at the bill desk about home delivery with a nominal fee of ₹20 for shopping less than ₹1499 and ₹9 for shopping above ₹1499. I took a shopping trip of ~₹6000, when asked about home delivery, the cashier suggested to contact the manager. But they failed to arrange the home delivery and they were not looking very promising about it. So I decided to pack my items and leave by my own means.

MRP issues with multiple items.
Item was removed from the kart at the billing counter, but it was added to the bill.

They kept the bill generated on Mar 12 and mobile number, assuring that someone will call me with resolution.

No one called. I visit for shopping again.
No one responded properly, manager arri late but came with a resolution that either the missing item or refund will be provided after next bill.
Next billing happened, no one responded and kept ignoring. Finally argument started with staff and manager. I asked for my bill and came back.
Planning to file FIR and raise complaint to consumer forum. Complaint registered with Reliance Smart Helpline.
