I wish i could rate them 0 out of 5. Recently on a visit to Deoria we booked two rooms but both the rooms were full of cockroaches, insects and bugs. Within an hour of checking in we decided to not stay there given the pathetic condition of the rooms. We had a little baby and we couldn’t with its health and hygiene. We offered to pay full for one of the rooms but the receptionist was rude enough to stop us from checking out by threatening us from leaving the hotel. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for anyone visiting Deoria. You may find better options than this.

I have bad Experince here when stay for one night during my official visit at Deoria. Booked Maharani room, which was specius but smelling. Water follow is very low in all bathrooms Toties.

A few years back when it started, it was one of the best hotels with great restaurant and food.

But now it's just an ok place to stay, also the quality of food is not that good.

They have not upgraded themselves in the past years, just running with the old ways, even the furnitures, sitting area or the bedrooms are not maintained well.

Washrooms are below average.
