Extremely pathetic service. Had planned a stay for 3 days but couldn't stay for more than 1. There is no exhaust anywhere in hotel for air circulation. They take 30 mins and 3 calls to send a watter bottle to room. Billing process is pathetic. They are highly understaffed. Whatever staff they have are also unprofessional.

In Bulandshahr, Bluemoon hotel one of the best. Food is tasty, neat and clean restraunt. Toilet are little tidy which can be improved. They have venue for small marriage or other occasions at FF also small parties can be arranged at back Hall. Service is little delayed improvement in this area required alot. Rest is good.

If you want to enjoy and dine with your family at a large single table and eat some good and fresh food, this is the right place to get together with the best service. So if you are hungry so you must come and enjoy with your family ????
Parking place is available and they serve veg and non veg foods.
