Highly disappointed!

The ambience is good. The staff is polite but if I talk about the food quality - worst. The quality of bread & cream used in their pastries & cupcakes are extremely poor, and they served stale and soggy creamrolls. The price is high as compared to any other bakery in Bijnor but the quality is not at all up to the mark.

To the incharge - Please work on improving the quality of whatever you're serving to your customers.

Worst experience, unskilled and unprofessional staff we waited one hour for white sauce pasta, even after that it was not good in taste, they gave us stale cream roll and pastry, we have to cancel fries because we were told to wait 30 mins even after 1hr they could not serve fries easiest item on menu, although burger was fine but not that good to suffice other bad experiences .extremely slow service music is not according to ambiance. Good interior doesn't mean good dining experience. Female staff that takes order has no sense of managing orders and talking. I do not even want to give 1 star, but that option is not available. Total waste of money and especially time.
