This is a fake Mi service care I had gone here today for replacement of my power bank but they denied for any assistance so I made a call to Mi Support , Support said we want to talk to staff but staff denied to talk to it's own Customer Care support so I informed to customer care. So they said Your Original Mi Care is near Punjab and Sindh Bank. So I again went to Mi Service Center which is near Punjab and Sindh Bank so they said we do not have stock of of your power bank and month end is near so you can replace your power bank after 10 days So be ready for getting in trouble because no will listen if you talk to very pleasantly if you took any action so may be something happens. In my case I am ready to take 10 days as service center staff's commitment.

Mi care in bijnor is giving worse service..My handset mi note 5 pro was facing problem with mike..I went to care with proper bill. The representative said to me to sit away from his desk. After that he opened my handset,and said to me he is changing my mike. He came to his desk with a new mike, and in front of me he tored the new packet .But cleverly he acted as he is changing my mike, but he didn't changed my mike.when he handover me my mobile I said that mike is not working too.he said that there is water in your mobiles mother board. I said if there was any water in my mobile ,why did not tell this before. Then he made quarrelling with me..

wrost service , yesterday i visited there center owner said to me koi loot thodi hi pad rahi h jo data cable change kar du . he was very rood on me. even my data cable in warranty period... so plz dont visit this 3rd class mi service center
