I will review on the basis of following things like locations, facilities, Rooms, Services Cleanliness, Cost and Affordablity etc.
Location
It is located in the centre of town and built in street. So there is no chance of getting a good view from Balcony. Only two Super deluxe rooms have a balcony apart from them no other room has proper ventilation.

Facilities
They will give you drinking water, for food you can eat in nearby restaurants.
They don't give mineral water its just a municipal or bore well water. They provide bedsheet, Towel etc.

Rooms
Rooms are equipped with Air conditioners, TV, Almirah, and a table. Bathrooms have all basic amenities with water heater. Some rooms are moisture inside, maintainece is going on.

Services
They clean rooms at your wish and change bedsheets and towel.
Cleanliness is good
