I stayed here for one night with my friends on my way to nainital.. the price was geniune.. the staff was cooperative and with polite behaviour.. the room was clean and well maintained.. they provided us with extra blankets according to requirement.. though we didn't had food from here but everything was fine.. you must stay here if on the way..

Hotel is not managed properly as I entered by stepping up about 15-20 stairs at 9.45 pm nobody at reception one person came after ten minutes he allotted two rooms 104&107 in 107 no hot water in washroom and provide one blanket double bed then I have to ask him for one more in this very cold weather also there was foul smell ,in room 104 same conditions and moreover the exhaust fan of other room’s toilet exhaust in this room’s toilet and at this time of tiredness I have to request him to give me another room after requesting two three times the person changed the room there was no arrangement for cold conditions rooms were airy and was not required at this time of cold weather. In the morning tea was served after two hours of order the person attending us repeatedly say that our manager is out of Bijnaur and owner is also in Lucknow so you have to manage or suffer , we checked out at 10:00 am after paying our breakfast Bill I received a call telling me the manager of the hotel and informed me i have to pay some more otherwise you will be black listed for what I cannot understand there were also no hot water at washbasins we have to suffer a lot in this cold weather .
On the whole the experience was pathetic with no arrangements, dirty and dusty rooms, no sweeper throughout the day as confirmed by the staff
The so called manager all the more called us after the 1 hour of checkout and demanded ₹750 more as we were 5 persons in total in 2 rooms.
At the time of the check in & checkout no such demands were there except the breakfast bill.
If you still consider the we owe you any money I shall pay to you.
