Review is for service experience not for buying new two wheeler-u003e pathetic experience in terms of customer waiting area.
1- no tv, newspaper or magazine for customers .
2- lot of filth around water cooler, you can't even think to have water from there.
3- very dirty service station in general.

Pathetic buying experience. Recently I purchased a Honda Shine 125 and the customer service is very bad. For me, they have n't shown me the unit that they alloted to me (PDI) and was shown post washing and polishing so that no scratches are visible that is very bad tactics of this showroom. So after polishing when I did inspection there were no scratches visible to me but after 5-6 hours when polishing effect get somewhat reduced, there were scratches on mudguard and tail light body panel. Would recommend customers to do proper PDI of the unit before getting it ready for final delivery, i.e. Washing & Polishing. The showroom is well aware of the scratch damages on every unit but they fool customers via hiding them with polishing and all.
Also, the seat covers they are selling under accessories and charging a good amount for that is of very cheap quality.
