I gave one star as it was not allowing me to post my reiview without it.

Oh restaurant, why did you fail me so?
My mixed veg was bland, my sandwich a no-show.
The chili chicken was much too sweet,
And cleanliness, a standard you did not meet.

The cook seemed unskilled, the staff untrained,
A disappointing experience that left me pained.
My hopes were high, but alas they were crushed,
Leaving me feeling that I was rushed.

Oh restaurant, I hope you will improve,
For in this competitive market, customers have much to choose.
Better food, better service, better all around,
So that others like me may not be let down.

In conclusion, your restaurant may not be the best,
But with effort and care, you can rise above the rest.
Take heed of feedback, and make the necessary changes,
So that your establishment can be praised and not just criticized in ranges.

Hi..
I wrote this review very genuinely I was expecting some quality food with my teammates.

So we just decided to order makhmali paneer kofta and Amritsar daal and 10 chapati and lots of hopes.

We got our food after 30 min
In terms panner kofta they mix with potato and the pathetic service I just eat only one chapati and then I ask the owner if this is the same dish that I ordered? You served after 40min even though their staff asked me twice before I ordered because they are checking that they have the actual ingredients. I also told them if the dish was available then only served either we could order anything else.

Food quality was completely underrated it was different from what we ordered.

2 dish looks very similar and taste also matches exactly but name's was different

1. Amritsari Daal
2 Makhmali kofta

When I asked their owner they responded an give a very num response, I just asked for a bill. He billed the complete order.
They didn't understand the value of customer experience...

Even if they do partiality I asked for normal water they served Bisleri I don't have any issues but at the same time some other person visited. They were the owner relatives so they served normal drinking water.

If there is an option to rate without a star. I loved to give -stars

PS - I am not giving anyone any wrong suggestions although I am also a consumer I shared my own experience now it is your choice.
I just hope for an apology as a compensation.

I had visited at The Blu’s Cafe & Bistro yesterday I really appreciate the efforts of Mr. Rishabh & Ms. Anushka they had created such a beautiful place for youth
