Worst dealership and pathetic service area, I got my Bullet Standard serviced over here and they didn't even resolved basic issues for me, I had to wait extra 2 hours after the servicing has been done as the bike was not washed because the water pump was not working. All the staff there was so casual and was not even informing about the reason for delay, I had to go in thrice to check about the issue. Worst experience here from Royal Enfield I will never get my Bullet's service done here in future and I suggest others the same. They did not even have the proper kind of waiting room for customers, the one they have has wooden bench, you will never feel that you are sitting in a customer lounge owning a 2lakh rupees bike, the cycle showrooms would be better.
