One of oldest Mental and psychological hospital of the country. It is located opposite to Bareilly College, near Rampur Garden Shahamat Ganj Road. It is operated by Uttar Pradesh Government. Well trained doctors and staff. Very nominal fee and best treatment to public. It has all facilities needed to pateint, but maintenance is not upto the mark.
