One of the best gym in this area for good clean and satisfying workout. You might find fancy equipments in other gyms but the this gym has all equipment necessary for a good workout. You won’t find this much space in any other gym. The owner staff and trainers are supportive.

By reading positive reviews & several recommendations from my friends about this Gym, i joined…

Although gym is good, however there is very much scope of improvement here.

1) Only very few gym members uses gym towel here which is little bit surprising for me by considering the hygiene maintenance. On informing receptionist about this issue, she told me that it is not possible for them to ask everyone to carry and use the towels, which was little bit surprising for me, as they are charging around 3000 to 3500rs per month for the gym, and in this amount definitely I was expecting maintenance of proper hygiene via gym owners.

2) Also if you are hard core gym lover, then definitely you will miss the equipments and machines here to get most out of the gym. Like here machines for shoulder press, chest press, butterfly are not the usual one that you will find in most of the reputed gyms. So you will not get that feeling of muscle pumped up via these machines.

3) Team of Trainers are Friendly, Co-operative and supportive. Members who opted for Personal Trainers are seem to be satisfied.

4) Overall Ambience is good but being good Gym in Area, its bit Crowded.

Well equipped with well trained personnels who provide apt guidance. Body transformation is not a dream anymore.
