Do not go for the term International in the name. Though, once a good location to stay, this place has turned into a messy and cluttered location in post-COVID period due to lack of proper management or renovation.
The rooms are constructed well but very dirty; the blankets, bedsheets, mattresses provided are very unhygienic. Washrooms have leaky taps, geysers that do not work, and no cleaning facility.

They do have a mess/canteen area where food is average. Won't recommend staying at this place unless you have no place left to live.

One star is for old infrastructure and the other for the clean and green campus area surrounding the guest house.

Very nice, neat and clean, international guest house at ICAR IVRI. The guest house is accompanied with kitchen facility, you can get delicious food here at very nominal rate.
