I bought metro mattress worth around 12k coming with a warranty of 4+7 yrs but after two years of usage mattress got shallow humps making it difficult to sleep on it if you have back pain. The customer support is so pathetic that they don't even pick you call and when they pick they just give you some excuses and won't solve the problem. So in my opinion go for good brands like sleepwell, don't waste your money on this pathetic brand.

Worst shop ever the staff and their product are cheap as they are, my curtains lost colour within 1 month and they were saying that it is due to the sunlight and they were not replacing their product i had bought them of 5000 Rupees of 8 curtains. So i had thrown them in their shop and I would never buy product from them ever and would not suggest u too buy from them they are doing fraud between us worst shop in bareilly.
