Best Equipments and Atmosphere and Trainers are super helpful.Although gym is ok, however there is very much scope of improvement here.
Trainers are really helpful and the management is super supportive. Very safe place to workout for women, even if you working out till late in the night. Highly recommend it to all the fitness freaks out there

The gym is well equipped but the group yoga batches in morning under Neha Kohli ma'am is the best thing that helps us to rejuvenate ourselves.

Excellent gym with all the latest equipment.
The gym is staffed with very polite, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable trainers. You'll feel the positive vibes as soon as you enter the reception area and are greeted with smiles by the courteous staff.
In addition to the tailor-made workout plan, the trainers also organize regular yoga, aerobics & Zumba sessions. There are always 7/8 trainers present on the gym floor.
It's been around six months when I am training under guidance of Shazeb and the results are fantastic. He is very knowledgable and regularly gives variations in my workouts and diet plans which has helped me a lot towards my fitness goal.
A visit to this gym could easily be the high point of your day.
