Proper Guidance, Training and Support.

My mother, suffering from Arthritis, suggested me to consult Reena Ji after she praised Reena Ji for her improvement in her condition.

I joined yoga classes for better health and fitness, and the result was visible within two weeks with improved flexibility, better stamina and more activeness.

After consultation, i also tried the 10 days detox program which helped me lose body fat ( 3 inch loss of belly fat, 2 inch loss of thigh fat), and 2 kg weight loss within 10 days, and also helped with digestion issues.

Reena Ji is helpful, supportive, experienced and consults well.

She teaches yoga, or exercises, as per the condition of the client and doesn’t force to avoid any injuries or soreness. I have always been hesitant and avoided workout programs because of pain and muscle soreness, but fortunately, I could get results without pain after joining yoga at her centre. For any needed support, she is always available on call.
