I had an extremely frustrating experience. The first issue I encountered was the excessively long waiting time. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I had to endure an agonizingly long wait before being seen by a healthcare professional. It seemed like the waiting area was understaffed, leading to a significant delay in receiving the necessary medical attention.

Adding to the disappointment, the staff seemed clueless about the waiting time as well. When I approached them to inquire about the delay, they appeared uninformed and unable to provide any reasonable explanation. It was disheartening to witness a lack of communication and coordination among the hospital staff, leaving patients in the dark about their own healthcare journey.

I recently visited the Bareilly MRI & CT Scan Centre for an MRI scan and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The staff members were extremely professional and courteous, and they made me feel at ease throughout the process. The facility itself is state-of-the-art and very clean, which is very important in a medical setting.

The MRI scan itself was performed quickly and efficiently, and the results were delivered to me promptly. I appreciated the fact that the staff took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had.
