यह मंदिर महाराणा प्रताप सिंह चौक में पड़ता है । इस मंदिर के आगे एक पीपल का बड़ा सा पेड़ है । बस स्टॉप से आने वाली बसें इस चौराहे या मंदिर के पास से मिल जाती हैं। यह काली देवी का मंदिर है इसी मंदिर के बगल में नवरात्री के समय में देवी स्थापित किया जाता है और सजावट के मामले में माहेश्वरी देवी के बगल में स्थापित की जाने वाली देवी को टक्कर देती है ।
