Everything is good. The billing counter is a big issue wait time is around 15 to 20 min

Very Poor response from Billing employees. We are waiting in row but billing person leave counter (Mohan Upadhyay) at 5:24 PM by giving excuses of Lunch and after asking about senior, employees are saying there is no senior in this Branch.
Top management need to review the working of employees as their approach are very casual.
