This was the worst experience. I was admitted for 2 days. They took the admission as soon as i said I have a mediclaim. The first doctor that came to check upon me was after 20 hrs of admission. The doctors were unexperienced. Very bad in manner. The problem for my stomach pain they said is working at this old age, and that too without any checkup/tests. How can some doctor be so careless for his duties. I had to get the discharge to get proper treatment somewhere else. So I asked for discharge and they charged me with 3 days deluxe room AC, but i was just admitted for only 2 days. They said they will give me another bill with 2 days which they didn't.
Apart from this the hospital authority who is supposed to intimate the Cashless mode of treatment to Mediclaim authorities. He did not do anything for 24 hrs . Since no one from mediclaim office came to visit for my condition check, I doubted and asked if they have informed to the concern officers. They lied. They said Yes but they didn't. I had to check with mediclaim customer service executive, which they confirmed that they did not receive any claim request. After lots of too and fro hospital guy sent the request. Still by that time it was 2 days already. Looking into all these irresponsible people, corrupt doctors and hospital authorities who just wants to make money from Mediclaim banks, I just think someone who can teach them lesson. This was worst worst experience of hospital in UP.

Good hospital but one thing i dont like they put baby in icu immediately by saying problem hai and they make money by keeping in icu
