A small function with gathering of around 300 to 400 can be easily organized. If you can distribute crowd in basement, ground floor and open area then parties can be easily organised without any crowd management issues.

Seems like a good place.
Has two halls. One in basement and one at ground level.
There are several rooms.
In a room there are two fans, and one AC.
Their are adjoining toilet / bathroom in every room with western toliet and washbasin.
Inside room there is also a wooden almirah and a dressing table and a double bed.
The open area is used for serving food which I found quite small to serve food. Rest I found quite pleasant.
