Ordered pizza and garlic bread combo through zomato. Received totally burnt garlic bread with no flavours. Extremely burnt and when I called and spoke to the manager Manish. He was not at all professional. Neither they gave a replaced garlic bread nor gave me a refund. Manish doesn't know how to speak to customers. Very poor customer service and worst experience. You guys should know how to speak to customers and should know the meaning of customer service.
Totally a waste of money.

Initially the pizza i ordered was not upto the mark so they sent me a remake of the order and *THE PIZZA WAS BEST I HAD SO FAR IN ALIGARH*
I hope and believe that you'll continue the same service and commitment in the future too.
