I have joined the gym in December, and i m happy with the results that i m getting.. it's been a month i have shed significant amount of weight. Trainer mam is so friendly and helpful. I will recommend if you want a friendly atmosphere and a good boost for your fitness journey, do join it..

Good ambience, I have not opted in for a personal trainer but the trainers here teach me personally and according to my body type. There is a female trainer as well in the morning hours so makes it perfect for all females out there who are hesitant to join any gym.

I am Ana Varshney I am a professional tennis player I am currently doing work out in he and she gym I find it very helpful for my future and my career in this gym I find absolutely no problem the staff is also very helpful here I get no problem in doing my workout and a special thanks Dr. Nadeem Ahmed for making this gym such a wonderful place for many people in this city.
