It was a worst experience and pathetic service in yogi cyber cafe ......I went for passport they took full payment and says its on process but they are not able to give appointment date and gives thousands of excuses ......when I asked for refund they denied ....they says that payment has done to government it will be not returnable ...but they has taken extra charges from me ...but they are not ready to refund me ....I says ok fine but atleast give me appointment date fixed but they are not able to give me a date for appointment....which payment has done by government that you are not able to refund ok its fine but the extra charges you have taken from me at least refund me that but they denied ....and again started giving me excuses ...and the most terrible thing is When I asked for refund yogi the cyber cafe guys he has putted blame on me that I have paid 1800 but Which I have paid 2,050 which I have shown him screenshot as well about the payment .....such a fraud yogi cyber cafe .....I suggest everyone pllZzz avoid yogi cyber cafe its a fraud cyber cafe ....
