Vikrum was an excellent salesperson who appears to care about his customers. However, their negotiation practices are so obtuse that I promised them I would write a negative review. They let me walk out with a delta of a mere $10 USD and the CEO was unfriendly about it, so they ought to lose out not only my money but others as well. This is an example of predatory sales; your guide or whomever brings you here will get a commission for anything you buy. Politely decline to come here if they ask or sell it as an “educational opportunity.” Thanks Vikrum.

Love that this is an authentic generational art form passed from father to son. Prices vary piece to piece and according to size and detail. All marble the same type of marble as Taj Mahal. Hard non porous marble. A wide variety of pieces from table tops to coasters and elephant and more. Greeted warmly and served tea. The demonstration was fantastic. Not too high pressure sales. Motivated, but not high pressure. Small discount for multiple purchases. They will pack, send and insure your purchase too. Great experience over all. Highly recommend.

Good People and Great service

My wife and I were delighted with the personal service Rinku and his brother Wasjid rendered us when we visited their shop in Agra in December 2015.
They were polite and informative without putting any pressure on us to buy.
We bought one large and one small inlay marble table at a reasonable price. What impressed us most was when the table stand for the large table arrived in Melbourne with a crack, Rinku immediately provided us with a replacement without question nor any further paperwork.
We are enjoying our marble inlay table everyday in our living room and recall many happy memories of Agra.
