The owner is a fraud.He promised me for the cashback after swaping my credit card but i never got cashback instead he charged me of swaping credit card.I complained of not getting cashback then he said it's not my problem.
All generations(owners) there are liars.They promised me of free delivery but when my product arrived they charged me cartage.The product(fridge) I received was full of scratches,I complained but nobody showed up.
Please don't buy any product from such frauds.

I bought this 1 ton unit for my houses's smallest room, the indoor and outdoor unit sizes are very compact and looks very nice and not at all bulky. Carrier installed the units perfectly without much hassle. Cooling is apt for 1 ton capacity, only one thing could have been better is the air flow power, it could have been more powerful but yes the blower is very quiet though.
Overall very happy with overall experience.

worst shop to buy any stuff
1. their rates are always high as compared to other shops even in sanjay place
2. they do not deliver the right product, they charged me for the inverter refrigerator and delivered the non inverter normal one. amount difference was of 3000/ and they refused to refund it and started talking with very cheap language

3. from one of my friends I got to know that they also deliver products with less star rating while u paid for higher rating

4. and other was when shown to authorised service center person it came out that they also interfere with the original parts in new products .

Never wanna give such rating , it is not good to betray customers in such ways

we bought a samsung digital inverter refrigerator 190 litre (approx cost 18000/) from them and first they keep delaying the delivery when I said I have to go out of town he further delayed that and
later on when i am out of town and my parents are there only they delivered the refrigerator and the non inverter samsung refrigerator in same color (15000/ )
when I came back and saw that I didn't get what I paid for i went to their shop and they say we can't do anything as we had not inverter one available and refused to return the extra amount and upon showing the bill that old person (father of owner ) tore out the bill and said this is nothing and started shouting.
