Pioneer Holidays tour company has impressed me with their professionalism and dedication to their work, timeliness efforts in ensuring each personal tour is a success. With a positive ranking of 800 in Viator- Trip Avisor reviews, you can’t get much better than that! My tour to the Taj Mahal and the city of Delhi was an experience and I will never forget. From the drivers to the tour guides everyone was impeccable. I highly recommend utilizing pioneer holidays as your next go to for anything Delhi Taj Mahal or Agra city when you get here.

It looks all the reviews are rigged. Very bad tour company and never deliver what they say. The picture of van they show is totally different than what you get. We were given a an with broken AC and traveled from Delhi to Agra. Informed nothing about reservation for despite us telling them we do want to eat at their recommended place. I would not use them even if they are free. Lousy and dishonest

The whole trip was wonderfully organized. We were a group of 12 and were picked up in Delhi at our hotel at exactly 6:45 am. The organizers made sure we reached the station in time and had our seats in the train. One of the folks even sent a picture of us to the guide in Agra. Mr. Hyder Ali came and picked us in Agra. He even arranged umbrellas for us as it was raining. He was phenomenal. A treasure house of knowledge and yet, did not overwhelm us with excess information. He was very informative, funny, and gave everyone ample time for photos as well as shopping. Similarly, he made sure we were safely seated in the train for return at Agra. A hat tip to him and the driver Mr. Sevaram. I'd use his services as and when I go back. Highly recommend to use him as a guide. Believe me, you'll be glad.
