It's been 6 months since I joined yoga class with Gaurav acharyaji and it has been an amazing experience so far. I have noted a lot of positive changes in my body.
I feel more energetic throughout the day and my body has become more flexible.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for guruji for his guidance, wisdom, and support.

Attending the yoga class in Patanjali Dham is a refreshing experience. The instructor's mindful guidance and emphasis on charity added depth to the practice. The supportive atmosphere and focus on Seva made it more than just a physical workout. Highly recommended for a holistic yoga journey.
