It is not a safe hotel pls don't stay here.
This hotel is absolutely not safe for stay.

They can open your room without your prior permission (mera Phone chura liye).

Room itna ganda ki saans nhi le skte usme . Toilet tuti futi, hotel k saare staf ek number k chor aur jhuthe hain.

When i was out side from hotel they were open my room and shifted my bags to another room without my preior consult .

We had booked 2 rooms for 2 days after confirming booking I called the given number to confirm with the hotel whether they had received the details coz I didn't want any problems the person told me that yes it is confirmed but later on arriving at the hotel I was told that they don't have any booking. then after repeated phone calls they said yes they have the booking. We were given 2 shabby rooms with dirty bedsheets and even dirtier bathrooms with slippery floors. There were no pillows in 1 room on asking for it we were told manage fir tonight we will give you in the morning I told them that pillows are required to sleep at night only but they said sorry we don't have now. After that there was no hot water in the other room to which they again said manage till morning we will arrange hot water in the morning. next morning also we had to be after them for pillows, hot water, TV not working, bed sheets to be changed and so on. There was no complimentary mineral water bottles no toiletries and no towels. only thing that was working was the wifi. apart from that it was the worst experience I've ever had in any hotel.
