Reception staff behaviour is very rude. We also carried our luggage through the stairs as we were told staff will not be able to carry the luggage

The first room I stayed in had no mirrors or an AC remote. So I was shifted to another room. In that room, the water pipe below the basin was broken and there was a continuous water leakage each time you used the basin. There is NO hot water availability until and unless the manager is physically present in the hotel. The room was full of mosquitoes. I was not provided a blanket or bedsheet unless I firmly demanded it. Free pickup and drop from the hotel only works when the hoteliers find it convenient according to them. And on informing the hotel about these problems, I was given a very rude response from some of the receptionists. Absolutely disgusting experience and would never recommend anyone to stay there. They'll charge you a bomb with the most third class quality of services.

Didn't like it at all. The Google maps said it's 0.4 km from Agra cantt. railway station. IT'S NOT. It's far away. The rooms are neat and clean but can't say the same about toilets. No shower, no mirror, not enough space. For a room costing INR 900 per night for three persons, the service is not up to the mark.Worst part was the hard water in toilet. My eyes were burning. No lift and the steps are high. Wouldn't recommend it if you can pay this much.
