Very very Worst hotel no cleaness no hot water washroom and bedsheet was very dirty and dirty smell from bedsheet staff behaviour was very bad charges is very high

The BEST & worst thing of ZAKI HS is it's STAFF.

Let Me start with the negative side of it.

Suhail of Reception says that He has a Work experience with 4 Points by SHERATON, but somehow.. He is not only over confident and is non cooperative he keeps busy playing games on pad & being OYO ROOMs Property He goes against every aspect what OYO ROOMs are actually meant for himself has set his own rules like visitors are allowed for certain Time frame, expects Guests to do all the things by Themselves and switches off wi-fi at his own will.. His attitude is so rude that 2 days of My Stay has made Me feel Mentally jailed & he is non COUPLE FRIENDLY.

ASIF on the other hand is opposite of suhail despite being much YOUNGER to latter that HE went those extra miles to help arrange a CAB, got the WI FI issue fixed next Morning.. Personally assured that things are in Place or not.. I'am Gay and He did not expressed any phobic attitude towards Me

As suhail indirectly switched off the Wi-Fi at 10:30 Pm as he knew that I was expecting a Friend of Mine at 11 Pm, as I informed suhail at 9 PM about it.. that was much in advance & Wi-Fi was the option I was left with, because of the NETWORK issue.

The "Green Veg Thali" deserves all the accolades for being so Delicious.

Very poor experience owner declined for check in for price issue. They charge higher than oyo price. & Oyo has no query solution
