Great hotel! We had a beautiful room! Breakfast was delicious and the Buffett had lots of options. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Mr Saurav thakur from front desk The byke nature vilas shimla is the best hotel in shimla i think,

This hotel is not good for stay. And the behaviour of staff is also not good. When you checked on Oyo about this hotel it will commit that it has swimming pool, good AC, parking but in reality nothing is there. Room are very bad, ac are not working.

"NEVER EVER VISIT THIS HOTEL"
Very poor. Doesn't recommend. Pathetic service and worst attitude of owner. Don't even book it or visit. Kindly avoid.

In washroom, the toilet has already crossed it's expiry date. If you order a cup of tea, do it 2-3hours before hand otherwise you are not getting it. Room hygiene shouldn't be expected by any visitor. There is a TV but it won't start. They will even switch off the ac after their specific time interval and you have to go down to tell them to turn it on.
