It is the third quality hotel. Not for families I booked this hotel through the OYO app and paid in advance When I reached the hotel the receptionist directly told me that we couldn't check in because we are 4 people. We were 2 husband and wife n 2 were 3 years old kids. I have mentioned the same in the OYO app while booking and asked to pay double the amount. Didn't attend us professionally it's a vulgar place. It's for unmarried couples only. Even didn't get refund

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
THEY ARE ALL FRAUDULENT PEOPLE.
We had booked from OYO because of the cheap rates but when we reached there after a long journey they denied us entry and demanded double the amount. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
Even after contacting OYO they refused to give room. They are very rude and arrogant people. They take advantage of the tourist's desperate conditions and charge their own exorbitant rates. The rooms were uninhabitable and very dirty.
1 star since there is no option for negative stars.

DONT EVER BOOK ROOM HERE!!!
ITS A SCAM!!!!.
They are charging double the amount that is displayed online.
We booked three rooms here via OYO and paid the amount online. But after reaching the hotel, we were denied check-in by the receptionist citing they are not accepting online bookings. When asked about the rooms, he told us that we have to pay again in offline. They asked us to pay twice the amount we paid in online. When enquired about the amount we paid in online they informed us that refunded will be initated. The receptionist was very rude and threw us out of the hotel when we tried talking to other customers.
The rooms were very small and not hygiene.
The washrooms are not properly sanitised.
After seeing the rooms, we decided to book rooms elsewhere. We asked them to initiate the refund but they refused. We tried talking to them for 3 hours but the property manager wasn't even listening to us. They forced us to stay in the hotel by refusing to initiate the refund. When spoke with other customers we came to know that they have been doing this every customers who booked rooms via online.
They use online platforms like OYO to get attenion by renting rooms for lower fare and exploit us once we book rooms here.
