I am writing as a concerned patient who has recently visited your hospital. While I appreciate the commendable efforts of the nursing staff and the medical team, I must express my disappointment with the hygiene and cleanliness standards observed during my stay.
I observed instances where the bathrooms appeared to be inadequately cleaned, bedsheets were not changed regularly, floor was not properly moped.
I understand that running a hospital is a complex task, and I am confident that your team is committed to providing the best possible care for patients. By addressing these cleanliness issues, you will not only enhance the overall patient experience but also contribute to the reputation and credibility of Hospital

Worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. Hotel staff do not know how to talk to patients and their families. They charged 2000 bed charges for few hours.

Talking of facilities:- The hospital is full of mosquitoes, there is no mosquito repellent in the hospital and the most important thing is that the hospital staff and other people working in the hospital sleep on the second bed which is meant for the patients.

The second most important thing is that they don't give a proper bill. They just provided ek KAGAJ KA TUKDA OR HAND WRITTEN BILL CHARGES ACCORDING TO SELF...

And the person who is sitting at reception,you can check the images which i uploaded.. the most annoying person, shouting and showing himself the owner of the hospital.. one of the best wastard i have ever met.

I am very happy to take decision to visit Leelawati Hopital. Dr Alka Bindal is the best Dr always support and proactive for mother as well as baby. Hospital staff is so polite and calm with patients.
