It was a pleasant experience to visit and consult Dr Gaurav. Soft spoken and a true professional. Very gentle with kids while examining and addresses all the queries. Thanks a lot.

Staff misbehaves a lot. The language also does not speak properly but the doctor treats the patient well. I will urge you to treat the patient appropriately and listen if emergency patient.we are happy doctor's behavior & treatment.

Worst experience and worst doctor visited ever.
Dr. Rashmi Khandelwal and her staff was too rude.
Inconvenient behavior.
At the time of visit when I asked the doctor for contact no. For any further query, As I was out of town patient, than she said to me to contact reception to talk to her regarding any query. And when I called her after 2-3 days than first of all i had to call her many time to reception and when the reception connected me to doctor than while I was asking query doctor had not listened to me and said to me to come to hospital for any further query. I was just consulting regarding my concern for the medicine which she gave me. She was too rude and hanged up the call. Later on I called many times but the reception was not picking the call and when I requested her to connect my call to doctor, the staff was too rude. If a patient is taking any medicine than they have the every right to ask regarding the medicine which they are consuming.
