The mosque is just close to east gate of The Taj Mahal towards Yamuna river bank side. This mosque come into exist before Taj Mahal. Muslims from Iran, Persia, Afghanistan came during construction of Taj Mahal and they were unable to perform prayers here. For the sake of the workers, this Kali Mosque was constructed.
